My Missouri feeder is loaded with cardinals. Never can have too many of them for winter cheer.
Wow! What colors! Wish we had those. 😊
Cardinal colors, bluejay attitudes and chickadee personalities can flip the dreariest of winter days!!! Sorry to hear that you’re not in their range…From what I’ve read, there was a time when we weren’t either, their northern range being limited by extended, subzero temperatures (and less winter feeding). Thanks Alison.
So very bright and cheery! Wonderful captures at the feeder.
I love cardinals! We have a lot of them around here, all year long. Snow really brings out those vibrant reds! Great shots, Nick!
Excellent photos….. the red of the cardinal stands out so much against the white snow, also the female cardinal also has a nice tan colour.
